Hello from the desert.
I am a displaced Yooper living in Arizona, hence the name Azooper. I grew up in a small town called Ironwood Mi. I read some threads about a trip through northern Mn, Wi, and Mi. That is what attracted me here. I hope to participate in these forums. Hello all! Plus a special hello to Bubba.

My Mom was raised in Wakefield, and I spent many a summer vacation shopping at the KMart(the one real store in town back then)in Ironwood when we visited up there. Welcome to the BnG! I remember going to Sunday Lake swimming every summer. The water was a lot warmer then Black River Harbor or Little Girls Point. I miss the heck out of it up there and hope to make it back this summer.
