Last night we went out to "Lusso" in Smithtown, NY. Great atmosphere. Authentic Portuguese. I ordered Rodizio-had it years ago. Can anyone tell me how they prepare that meat (pork, chicken, ribs, beef) before they skewer it over wood? What amazing flavor! Is there a way to prepare this at home with your average kitchen set up?
