When I grill chicken I prefer the whole chicken leg (thigh and leg). But with the chicken breast or a whole chicken I let sit in a brine for 24 hours. And then slow cook it for several hours and it comes out juicy. If you don't like the skin just pull it off after it is cook. If you can find"Bone sucking sauce" it is great on either on chicken or ribs.
